Field service

Start-up, commissioning and field service

A panel isn't finished until it runs the equipment. Our engineers commission the panels we build on site, and come back when something needs attention.

What we do on site

  • Start-up and commissioning of the panels and control systems we build, panel by panel on multi-panel projects.
  • Service calls and PLC troubleshooting on running systems.
  • As-built drawings that record what was actually installed.

Where

Local field service covers southeastern Wisconsin and northern Illinois, from our base in Brookfield. Panels themselves ship across the United States and internationally; ask about start-up support for sites further away.

To arrange start-up or service

  • The equipment. What it is, and who built the panel.
  • The drawings. Whatever exists, even if it is out of date.
  • The symptom or the goal. What isn't working, or what has to be commissioned.
  • Site and timing. Where, and when the equipment is available.
